Winemaking: Natural wine made by spontaneous fermentation in its yeast and native bacteria in a natural way without any chemical additive or inductor that give it unique and singular characteristics.
Unclarified, unfiltered, low in sulfites.
Aging: Fermentation and aging for 10 months in new and used 225L American/French oak barrels and 2000L oak vats.
