Unclarified, unfiltered, low in sulfites.

Aging: Fermentation and aging for 10 months in new and used 225L American/French oak barrels and 2000L oak vats.

Description

The Catalonia Reina Victoria hotel is set in a unique environment, among a beautiful pine forest very close to the historic center and the main attractions of Ronda, such as the famous New Bridge that crosses the Tajo de Ronda. Surrounding the hotel, which has 95 fully equipped rooms, there is a wonderful garden area of about 3,000 m2 where guests can enjoy a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel Catalonia Reina Victoria was built in 1906 in Victorian style and was the residence and workplace of the Czech-born poet Rainer Maria Rilke, whose room is today a small museum. Adjacent to the hotel’s entrance hall is a 24-hour reception, safe and elevator. There is also a lounge with TV, a conference room, a cafeteria, a bar and a cozy, air-conditioned à la carte restaurant.
