Bentomiz Winery

We are located in Sayalonga, east of Malaga’s Axarquía, a region that enjoys a historic winemaking tradition. We are conditioned by a series of factors that mark our wines: proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, centuries-old high altitude vineyards and poor slate soils dotted with white quartz. If we add to this a benign climate for growing vines, the result is great wines. In all our preparations we try to reflect the uniqueness of our land and, to do so, we focus on working with native varieties, mainly Muscat of Alexandria and Romé.

People, terroir, and a lot of dedication, these are the three fundamental axes of our project, which we try to take care of every day, always with respect for our environment and the intention of creating unique wines, with long lives, to be enjoyed now and in the future. the years to come.

At Bodegas Bentomiz you can enjoy a complete food and wine experience. You will discover the singularities of our region through a guided tour of our vineyard and learn about the winery facilities. Once you know where and how we make the wines, it will be time to taste them. The building houses an extraordinary restaurant with signature cuisine; We offer different paired menus, all of them created with local products and in line with the wines.
